What age is the Kids Surf Camp ATL for?
The Kids Surf Camp ATL is designed for children from age 5 upwards. Groups are split by age and ability so every child works at the right pace.
What is included in the Kids Surf ATL?
The program includes daily surf lessons, full equipment, afternoon activities (surfskate, pool, games, bike rides), lunch and snacks — all with certified supervision throughout the day.
Does my child need to know how to surf?
No experience needed at all. Our certified instructors adapt every session to the child's age and ability level — from first-timers to kids who already ride small waves.
Does my child need to know how to swim?
Yes, a basic level of swimming is required for safety. Your child should be comfortable in the water before joining the program.
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
The program runs from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. Drop-off is at the Dr. Bernard Surf School in Costa da Caparica, right in front of CDS Beach.
Is the program supervised all day?
Yes. Our experienced team supervises the children throughout the entire day, from drop-off to pick-up. Safety is our top priority.
Are meals included?
Yes. Lunch and daily snacks are included in the program. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
How do I get to the Kids Surf ATL?
The program takes place in Costa da Caparica, at Praia do CDS, at the Dr. Bernard surf school, just 20 minutes from Lisbon by car via the A2. We offer transport options from Amoreiras to the school and back included.
Can I book for a single day or just a few days?
Yes. You can book single days or multiple days depending on availability. Weekly packages are also available at a better rate.
