Where is Dr. Bernard located?
We're located in Costa da Caparica, right in front of CDS Beach, just 20 minutes from Lisbon.
Do I need to book in advance?
For surf lessons, wellness sessions, events and the restaurant, booking in advance is recommended, especially on weekends and during summer.
What activities do you offer?
We offer surf lessons, surf camps for adults and kids, yoga, boxing, ice baths, professional massages, gym, cowork, events and a beachfront restaurant. Contact us if you have any questions.
Are surf lessons suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our instructors teach all levels, from first-time surfers to intermediate riders.
